Role Overview:

As an Implementation & Support Consultant at eFertility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective deployment and optimal functioning of our software solutions across various international client locations. This role requires a dynamic combination of functional expertise and customer service to ensure successful system implementation, user training, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Install: Set up eWitness and eBase systems, tailoring them to meet client-specific needs.
  • Empower Users: Conduct comprehensive workshops and training sessions for end-users at client sites, ensuring proficient use of both eBase and eWitness systems.
  • Integration Management: Seamlessly integrate our systems with existing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Technical Support: Address routine and complex issues, providing technical and user support for eBase and eWitness.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document client interactions and problem-solving within our support ticketing system.
  • Customization: Customize system configurations to enhance clinic operations and patient management processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure successful implementation and smooth operation.
  • Client Feedback: Gather valuable insights from clients to recommend enhancements and improvements for our eBase and eWitness product lines.

Required Background and Experience:

  • Passion for ICT: Strong affinity for ICT and software systems, with a keen interest in continuous learning.
  • ART Experience: Previous work with assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in an IVF laboratory or similar settings.
  • System Familiarity: Knowledge of electronic witnessing systems, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and EMR systems.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills to train and guide non-technical users.
  • Commercial Acumen: Advantageous understanding of business and commercial aspects.
  • Global Reach: Willingness to travel internationally, although most work will be conducted online.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and fluency in Dutch is an advantage.
