Inside Sales / Marketing Coordinator (International)

To support our growth and international ambitions, we are expanding our sales team by hiring an Inside Sales / Marketing Coordinator with a focus on international markets.

Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales / Marketing Coordinator, you will have two key responsibilities:

  • Supporting our (international) account managers to facilitate international sales.
  • Running international marketing programs.

For effective marketing, maintaining a high-quality international prospect database is crucial. While many European IVF clinics and donor banks are already in our CRM system, it is essential to validate, complete, and improve the data. Using this data, you will execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads, with a significant focus on leveraging LinkedIn.

Additionally, you will organize logistics for local and international expos, collaborating closely with our agents/distributors. As part of our expansion efforts, we aim to establish user groups and advisory boards internationally. Working alongside the sales and management teams, you will play a key role in organizing these initiatives.

You will be an integral part of the marketing team, working closely with your counterpart, who primarily focuses on the Dutch market and Dutch customers. Your counterpart will handle general marketing responsibilities such as corporate identity, website management, social media, and news items.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will assist the (international) account managers, independently handling quotations and orders for existing and new customers. Additionally, you will monitor outstanding items bi-monthly and proactively engage with customers when necessary. English will be the primary language used for customer communication.

Our agents and distributors in different countries are crucial to our success. You will collaborate closely with them and act as a super user responsible for maintaining our distributors’ portal, and customers’ supplies portal, responding to inquiries, and keeping templates up to date. Required background and experience:

  • We are seeking an all-rounder who excels in organization, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys maintaining numerous international contacts.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is highly desired. Experience with email marketing systems is also preferred.
  • Previous experience in secretarial/internal sales roles is required.
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for campaign management is essential.
  • Experience in organizing customer events is a plus.
  • Commercially skilled, proactive, and willing to travel occasionally.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
